By combining passive evaporate cooling with vacuumtechnology, it creates optimal storage conditions for different food categories. One of the key materials of FRIOis diatomaceous earth. A naturaland biodegradable material, consisting of fossil microalgae, that absorbs water to allowevaporate cooling. Its highabsorption properties preventmold, while neutralizing odor.Another key material isterracotta with its porous frost-resistent material, allowingevaporation and longevity.IP.01TECHNOLOGY

FORTHEMUSEUMOFARTSTUTTGARTFLOWING CUBES“A SEAT FOR A MUSEUM”At the vitra design workshop of 5 days we designed seats thatcaptured the essence of a chosen museum.Constantly in motion. The palace square “kleiner Schlossplatz” where the KunstmuseumStuttgart is located, has always been a vibrant place of change, ofmeeting, strolling and linger. Wouldn't it be nice to find a seat to sitdown and watch the hustle of Stuttgart in peace? The chair “Flowing Cubes” is inspired by the architecture, the history, the environment and the exhibitions of the art museum of Stuttgartthat focuses on liveliness and interactions.IP.02

In this collaboration with Vibram, I explored thephilosophy of „less is more“ as I aimed to design”perfect travel shoes” where at least one ispackable. In an era marked by escalating social and politicalproblems, our tendency towards escapism showsthrough our wanderlust and the desire to travel andescape from our daily lives. This symbiotic relationship between traveling andescapism also influences fashion and design.Fashion, in this context, transforms into a visualescape from reality, reminiscing better times. This collection is inspired by the travel throughbubbly childhood memories aligned with femaleadulthood.TOPIC&TASKREMNISENEICCIP.04
In a prior project, I explored 3D-printed latticestructures for knee protection. Aiming tocombine impact absorption with skin comfortthrough a soft, sponge-like geometry. Thisresearch focused on material behavior, structural performance and user-centeredwearability.The insights gained were translated into myfootwear collection, where I applied optimizedinfill strategies to develop lightweight,material-efficient soles. By tuning the structure,I achieved a balance between durability andflexibility for enhanced packability, aligningwith the concept of a perfect travel shoe.REMINISCENCEOFREMINISCENCEOFOLDPROJECTSOLDPROJECTSIP.04BACKGROUND

In an increasingly digitalized and fast-paced societypeople are exposed to a constant stream of visual, auditory and social stimuli. This high density ofsensory input can contribute to overstimulation, stress and a reduced ability to self-regulate.Many everyday products are shaped by a highlyfunctional approach where efficiency andstandardization take priority. As a result, interactions often become monotonous, offeringlittle opportunity for sensory engagement, self-regulation or personal expression. The emotionaland neurological impact of design is frequentlyoverlooked in context of health and well-being.Mental healthchallenges like burnouts, chronic stressand anxiety are onthe rise worldwide.Stress managementin daily lives canpromote mental well-being.30% of people havehigh sensorysensitivity due toinappropriate sensorystimuli, leading tooverstimulation.Low inclusivity ofneurodivergentpeople can lead tostressfully designedproducts forminorities. Most products aredesigned for astandardizedaverage user andtake little account ofindividualneurological sensoryneeds.Products are usedpurely for theirfunctionality, but arebarely experienced.Too little variety canbe just asproblematic as toomuch stimulation.BACKGROUNDIP.05HOWCANEVERYDAYOBJECTSBECOMEMORESUPPORTIVEOFHUMANWELL- BEING?HOWCANEVERYDAYOBJECTSBECOMEMORESUPPORTIVEOFHUMANWELL- BEING?HEALTHSENSORYOVERLOADLACKOFNEUROPRODUCTSDESIGNTHINKINGFUNCTIONALMONOTONY
RESEARCH&VISIONBased on empirical research on neuroscience, Idesigned a concept that translates neurologicallyrelevant design factors into a system of objects. The result is an open modular system of objectsthat serve as functional everyday items and also asreference objects for neurologically-friendly design. It is highlighting relevant design factors that havebeen identified in research as conducive to positiveneural processing like symmetry, recurring patternsand simplified shapes. By integrating stimulialongside open-ended forms of interaction, theobjects also create experiences that can be bothcalming and stimulating. The aim is to support usersin exploring their individual sensory preferenceswith everyday objects and developing a morepersonal understanding of their neurological well-being.Hospital de Sant Pau, BarcelonaAFFORDANCEREWARDSYSTEMACTIVATIONEXCEPTIONSPARAMETRICSTRUCTURESCOGNITIVESTIMULATIONCONTROLFEEDBACKADAPTABILITYCOGNITIVECHALLANGESIGNIFICATIONCONSTRAINTSVISIBILITYPROCESSINGFLUENCYVISUALPROCESSINGSYMMETRYCLEARSHAPESFAMILIARITYREPITITIONORIENTATIONCONTRASTHIERARCHIESNEURO-FRIENDLYDESIGNFACTORSENVIROMENTSSHAPEHOWWEFEELENVIROMENTSSHAPEHOWWEFEELIP.05

The modular system isdesigned so that the individual main objects can beflexibly combined, changed, and rearranged. Users areactively involved in the design process and take on acreative role. The design idea for an arrangement isinspired by the Japanese art form of flowerarrangement called ikebana, while the variety of visualand haptic stimuli is inspired by sensory boards thathelp with restlessness though controlled stimuli .IP.05OPENNESS

As an ongoing designer I'm interested in constantly learning different approaches to design and craftsmanship to achieve the best possible results in my creative work.

I aspire to design products and experiences that are not only innovative and sustainable but also impactful, honest and courageous. I'm fascinated by the emotional aspects a product can hold and I am constantly curious in what way it can be improved to help people's lives and make the experience unforgettable.

Through my designs I learn about the world and through my designs the world can learn about me!
